Online Store Terms and Conditions – Dance School Online

  1. General Provisions
    1. The online store operating at www.szkolatancaonline.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) is operated by Szkola Tanca Online – Martyna Eich, with its registered office in Tczew, ul. Stoczniowców 2, 83-110, NIP: 5932648009.
    2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the services offered by the Store and the rules for purchasing dance courses in video format.
    3. The Store enables the purchase of dance courses in the form of video materials, which are made available electronically after purchase.
    4. Using the Store’s services is equivalent to accepting these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Definitions
    1. User – a natural or legal person who uses the Store’s services, purchases dance courses, or browses available materials.
    2. Dance Course – educational material in video form available in the Store, including dance lessons.
    3. Agreement – a sales contract concluded between the User and the Store for the purchase of a dance course.
    4. Video Material – a video file containing a recording of a dance lesson, available after purchase.
  3. Store Offer
    1. The Store offers dance courses in various styles (e.g., first dance, salsa, tango, hip-hop, ballroom dancing, etc.) in the form of video materials.
    2. A detailed description of the available courses, including price, duration, and thematic scope, can be found on the Store’s website next to each course.
    3. Course prices are given in Polish Złoty (PLN) and include all taxes.
  4. Rules for Using Dance Courses
    1. After purchasing a dance course, the User receives access to video materials that can be viewed on a computer, mobile device, or other devices capable of playing video files.
    2. Dance courses are made available via streaming or for download, depending on the selected option.
    3. The User has the right to view the video materials for an unlimited time; however, access to the materials is subject to compliance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
  5. Purchase Procedure
    1. To make a purchase, the User must add the selected dance course to the cart, proceed to the order form, and provide the data necessary to complete the payment.
    2. The purchase of a dance course is possible after making a payment using the available payment methods indicated on the Store’s website.
    3. After the payment is credited, the User receives access to the purchased course.
    4. In case of problems with payment or access to the material, the User should contact the Store immediately.
  6. Payments
    1. The Store accepts the following payment methods: bank transfer, payment card, online payment systems via tpay.com.
    2. Course prices listed on the Store’s website are gross prices (including VAT).
    3. Payment for the course is a one-time fee and covers the full cost of access to the video materials.
    4. After making the payment, the User receives a purchase confirmation at the specified e-mail address.
  7. Complaints
    1. Complaints regarding the quality of dance courses or problems with access to materials should be reported to the e-mail address: biuro@szkolatancaonline.com.
    2. Complaints will be considered within 14 business days.
    3. If a complaint is found to be justified, the Store offers to exchange the course for another one or refund the amount paid.
  8. Personal Data Protection
    1. The administrator of the Users’ personal data is Szkoła Tańca Online – Martyna Eich.
    2. Users’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, handling complaints, and sending marketing information if the User gives consent.
    3. The User has the right to access and correct their personal data. Details regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.
  9. Final Provisions
    1. The Store reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on the Store’s website, and Users will be informed about them electronically.
    2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and other provisions of Polish law shall apply.
    3. Any disputes arising from the use of the Store’s services shall be resolved by the court competent for the Store’s registered office.
